I was moving out of a rent house and had a ton of set in pet stains in every room of the house that needed to be removed in order for us to receive our deposit back. I tried several times to get them out myself and was unsuccessful. Jerry did a such a WONDERFUL job our landlord even said it looked brand new. A couple of weeks ago i hired this company to come out and clean some rugs for us in Royce City. I searched the internet and found that they had an excelent Reputation so i hired them. I have 5 rugs and 4 runners that i had inherited from my Father, “Sentimental value” and they are worth 10-12k each, so “Expensive”. These men did a wonderful job. I will hire them again and reccomend to anyone out their to use them as well… Great Job…

In getting ready to list our home to sell we were trying to decide whether to replace or clean and repair our 10 year old carpet. Trying to save as much money as possible I decided to contact Courteous Carpet to get a quote. Our carpet was dirty and required a lot of stretching. Jerry said he could make it look good and he did everything promised. Couldn’t believe old carpet could be made to look so good.
